How To Pay Emirates NBD Credit Card Bill Using Online & Offline Modes

Emirates NBD credit card payments can be done quite conveniently via online and offline channels. 

Online payments can be made through the Emirates NBD mobile app or online banking platform, enabling secure and instant transactions. For offline methods, you can easily utilise ENBD ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) across the UAE.

How to Make Emirates NBD Credit Card Payment?

Emirates NBD Credit Card Payment Online

Internet Banking

1. Sign in to your account using the correct credentials.
2. Click on the ‘Upside & downside arrow’ symbol on the menu.
3. Choose ‘credit card Payments’ under ‘Payments’.
4. Move to the Emirates NBD tab, choose your card, and enter the amount.
5. Click ‘Next’ and verify the details.
6. An OTP will be sent to your mobile app.
7. Slide for confirmation and type in your Smart Pass PIN.

Mobile Banking

Via Products

1. Open your mobile baking app.
2. Choose your credit card and click on the ‘Pay Now’ icon.
3. Type in the amount.
4. Click ‘Next’ to verify your payment details.
5. Slide to confirm and provide your Smart Pass PIN. 

Via Transfer & Pay

1. Sign in to your mobile banking.
2. Tap the ‘Upside & downside arrow’ symbol.
3. Click ‘Payments’ and tap ‘Credit Card Payments’.
4. Navigate to the Emirates NBD tab.
5. Choose your card and enter the amount.
6. Tap ‘Next’ to verify the provided details.
7. Confirm and enter your Smart Pass PIN.

Emirates NBD Credit Card Payment Offline

ATM

1. Go to your nearest Emirates NBD ATM.
2. Choose your preferred language.
3. Enter your card PIN and select ‘Payment’.
4. Tap ‘Cards’> ‘ENBD’.
5. Type in your card number or choose the card from the beneficiary list.
6. Click ‘Debit my account’, then ‘Account to debit’.
7. Enter the amount and confirm it.

Note

The payment will be processed immediately.

CDM

For Cash Payment

1. Visit your nearest CDM.
2. Tap ‘Cash Deposit’.
3. Choose ‘Payments’> ‘Cards’.
4. Select your emirates nbd credit card and insert it into the machine.
   Alternatively, manually type in the card number.
5. Verify the details and confirm.
6. Insert cash and confirm the amount.

Note

It usually takes 1 business day to reflect the payment if you pay before 10 pm. Any payments after this period can take up to 48 hours. 

For Cheque Payment

1. Go to your nearest CDM.
2. Click ‘Cheque Deposit’.
3. Choose ‘Deposit into Cards’> ‘Emirates NBD’.
4. Enter your card number or insert the card into the machine.
5. Insert the cheque and confirm.
6. An image of the cheque and deposit details will be displayed on the screen.

Note

The payment will be processed within 2-5 business days.

Exchange House

1. Go to your nearest Al Ansari Exchange.
2. Submit your Emirates ID or passport.
3. Provide the authorities with your credit card number and the amount to pay.
4. Your payment will be processed and reflected within 2 business days.
